Learn More About Hanson, MA Real Estate

Are you considering a move and want to learn more about the town of Hanson, MA and what it may have to offer? Well, I'm here to help. I was born and raised on the South Shore of Massachusetts and have intimate knowledge of many of the great towns that are in this area.

Hanson is a small town with an estimated population of roughly 10,400 people and 3,500 households. It's known for it's small town charm and assortment of lakes and ponds. There are two camps for children located within the town, Camp Kiwanee and Rainbow Camp. Hanson, with its myriad of cranberry bogs, is also considered to be where juice industry giant Ocean Spray started.

Hanson also has a new high school that it shares with the town of Whitman. The school is considered to be one of the most technologically advanced in the state. Hanson, MA is also considered to be a very safe town with crime rates well below state averages. Beautiful beaches in neighboring Plymouth and Kingston are only a short car ride away and Hansonn is within an hour of Boston and equidistant to Routes 3 and 24.

All in all, Hanson is a great place to call home and raise a family. Like all small towns, it's important to identify a local real estate agent who knows the town if you plan on looking for a home here. Local real estate agents have knowledge of those special deals you just won't find on the MLS or from agents who don't really know the area. Best of luck with the search!
